Jamie Pruitt
I love practicing in Jen’s classes. She has a way to motivate
me in a way that pushes my practice further and deeper than I could on
my own. She always shares new information with her students about the
different poses and how they develop certain muscle groups. Jen also
reminds her students to take care of themselves and gives them
permission to escape from their other responsibilities in order to focus
on themselves and get the most out of their time on the mats. Not only
do I get an amazing work out, but I always leave Jen’s classes feeling
more knowledgeable about my body and my practice.
